Jeysa Martinez-Pratt, B.A. (High Hons.), LL.B.
Jeysa practices primarily in the areas of general commercial law with
emphasis on transactional work. Jeysa has a broad range of experience in reorganizations
and incorporations, acquisition and sales of businesses and commercial real estate.
Jeysa helps both large and small business clients from a wide range of sectors. Jeysa also
specializes in Estate Administration. Jeysa continues to practise in the area of real estate.
In her spare time Jeysa volunteers with the Breast Cancer Action Group, a
former Board Member, she continues to contribute greatly to the organization.
